FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
1) How can I purchase a work of art?
You can contact me directly by email (wamserartsinfo@gmail.com) or select a work from my virtual gallery on Artplacer. Each work is unique – purchases are made individually, in person, and upon request. Upon request, I can arrange a short video consultation for a consultation.
2) Is there a certificate of authenticity?
Yes. My abstract paintings are unique and come with a signed certificate of authenticity (title, year, technique, format). I offer some of my monumental photographic artworks as strictly limited editions (usually 10–30 copies) – numbered and hand-signed, including a certificate.
3) Do you offer personal delivery or consultation?
For orders over €2,000, I offer personal delivery within the Schleswig-Holstein area upon request. For deliveries to Hamburg or Berlin, I charge a flat rate of €200 to cover travel costs. Personal delivery includes consultation on the placement and presentation of the art.
4) How is shipping done?
I ship smaller works carefully and insured with a reliable art shipping company. Larger formats or particularly exclusive works are delivered individually or shipped via specialized partners. Worldwide shipping is available upon request; any import duties/customs outside the EU are borne by the buyer.
5) Can I preview the work in my room?
Yes. Through my virtual gallery (Artplacer), you can visualize the works in your own space using AR/VR previews—without the need for VR headsets.
6) Why are some works without a price?
I offer some works exclusively upon request. Prices vary depending on size, technique, edition, and collector's value. I would be happy to send you details and a personalized quote.
7) Are all works signed?
Yes. Paintings are signed on the front or back. Editioned photographic art is numbered and hand-signed; the certificate confirms authenticity.
8) Do you do commissioned work or art projects?
Yes, in selected cases. If your vision aligns with my artistic direction, I will work closely with you to develop a customized work—from the concept phase to the final presentation.
9) How do I properly care for and present my artwork?
Avoid direct, continuous UV radiation and high humidity. For large-format prints, I recommend stable hanging and—depending on the work—professional framing. I can advise you on this upon request.
10) Return & Cancellation
For online purchases of works in stock, the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers applies. Custom-made items/commissions and individually customized framing are excluded. Please contact me with any questions.
